WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA

The Wreaths Across America ceremony was held on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies in Washington County, PA. Members had a brief ceremony at the George Washington Chapter memorial marker where the Ebenezer Zane Chapter placed a wreath there before the main ceremony. The cemetery was the recipient of 860 wreaths donated this year, which was an increase from 700 in 2008.

On a cold, snowy December 13, 2008, several members of the George Washington and Ebenezer Zane Chapters joined together to take part in Wreaths Across America ceremony that was held at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies in Washington County, PA. Before the ceremony, a brief ceremony ensued with the placing of a wreath at the George Washington Chapter's marker that honors all of the Revolutionary War Veterans.
